Passion Project

Out of anything I’ve created, this project is my favorite.

The project was completed in May of 2024. As of March 2026, I’ve gathered 82 quotes. Somehow, a few posters from this campaign still exist on campus, so the project will remain open indefinitely.

This project makes me cry every time I read it. It helped people look inward and express their feelings. While some responses weren’t as deep (Response 77: Let Henry eat me out & block Harvey on Instagram), other responses truly reflected upon their childhood, the good and the bad.

Response 73: You are creative at heart, don’t let anyone’s words about your self expression dim you down. Others will think you’re weird because you weren’t forced into a certain box growing up. Don’t put yourself in a box, you won’t like it. Please take others’ actions at face value, give love, while knowing how you should be treated. Don't make excuses for people who cannot stay true to themselves or their word. You love learning and exploring! Your environment was so unique and although difficult, it will help you meet many wonderful people. You have a future where you won’t even think about what these current people are doing. Remember your siblings are watching, and they love you so much. Help them express themselves, show them that the patterns you all grew up with do not have to continue, and celebrate their accomplishments (:
